Ms. Licinia has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She has over 25 years of experience working in the field.

Her educational philosophy is that all children are capable of learning. She believes that children learn through experience and “play”. Play makes children’s experiences real and enjoyable; they gain knowledge, social and emotional skills that are the key to future success.

Her favorite children’s book is The Giving Tree.

Ms. Licinia has been working at The Child Care Center since 1994.
