Ms. Arleen has a Florida Child Care Professional Credential. She has more than 40 years of experience working in the field. Her educational philosophy is that children learn best when they interact with nurturing adults and by playing in a positive environment.

We must provide hands-on experiences that would help children enhance their curiosity about the world. Her favorite activity to do in the classroom is Story Time because she gets to read to the children using different voices for the characters in the story and the children really love that.

Her favorite children’s book is The Day The Crayons Quit. Ms. Arleen has been working at The Child Care Center since 1983.
